县市级中医院护理规范化培训模式探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨县市级中医院护理规范化培训的内容和方法。方法调查120名县市级中医院护士中医护理培训内容需求,制订规范化中医护理培训方案和考核评价方法。调查培训前、培训后1年、培训后2年120名县市级中医院护理人员对培训内容的掌握情况,评价培训效果。结果通过调研,明确了县市级中医院中医护理培训需求,提高了中医护理病历质控,使中医临床护理考核合格率明显提高。结论通过培训,县市级中医院护理人员的中医护理业务能力、综合质量明显提高。Objective： To discuss the contents and methods of standard nursing training in county/city-level hospitals of traditional Chinese medicine. Methods： The paper surveyed the demand of training contents among 120 nurses from county/city-level hospitals of traditional Chinese medicine and developed standard training scheme and assessment methods. The paper investigated absorption of training contents among the 120 nurses before the training, 1 year and 2 years after the training to evaluate its effects. Results： The paper identified the demand of TCM nursing training in county/city-level hospitals, improved quality control of TCM nursing records and increased the percentage of nurses passing clinical TCM nursing examinations. Conclusion： Standard nursing training could significantly improve the nursing competency and quality of nursing staffs in county/city-level hospitals of traditional Chinese medicine.
