摘　　要：电网主辅分离改革后,设计院发展面临着新的形势,企业的发展思路应有新的调整。为了企业能抓住机遇、应对挑战,综合实力得到提升,实现企业的快速发展、可持续发展,完成转型发展的新跨越,就要对企业战略进行新的思考和定位。After live wire entanglement＇ s main parts and assistant parts were separated, the designing institute＇ s devlopment is faced with new terrain. Enterprise need ajust the new develpoment thinking. In order to grasp the opportunity, answer the challenge, promote the comprehensive strength, achieve the rapid expansion and sustainable development, and complete the new span of transformation devlopment, the enterpirse need to rethink and relocate the enterprise strategy.
