摘 要:随着国外电力勘测设计市场的不断拓展,对国外勘测设计规范的理解和掌握就显得越来越重要。本文结合目前国外市场的开拓情况,对美国、欧洲等国的风荷载规范的基本风速标准进行了对比研究。通过分析各国风荷载规范中对基本风速定义方面的差异,结果表明各国在设计风速的差异主要体现在基本风速的时距和重现期两方面,本文还给出了风速转换中的常用关系和有关国家的标准名称,便于在实际工作中引用。As the market of electric Power Survey design continues to expand, understand and master of the foreign survey design specification becomes increasingly important. Combining the research of our overseas market, the United States, Europe, the United Kingdom, India, Vietnam, Malaysia, Indonesia, the Philippines, Venezuela and other countries wind load specifications related to the design wind speed yield criterion of a comparative study. The results showed that by analyzing the basic wind speed defined differences in countries wind load specifications, the design wind speed differences are mainly reflected in two aspects of the basic wind speed time-distance and return period, also commonly given wind speed conversion name and the relevant national standards, to facilitate practical work references.
