摘 要:某已架线220kV铁塔基础砼强度不足,影响运行安全,需要处理。分析得出该塔存在掏挖基础抗剪切不足和地脚螺栓锚固不足的问题。对此提出将掏挖基础改造成大开挖台阶基础和增设辅助锚栓的处理措施,并提出设计和施工具体方法。本文首次提出了一套新老地脚螺栓连接装置,并应用于实际工程中。全套技术有效解决了工程问题,具有带电原位加固,施工过程安全可控的特点,可供同行业参考。The paper is aimed to solve the problem for a 220kv operated tower which is not safe because its foundation concrete is not strong enough. Through analyzing, it finds that the problem is caused by insufficient foundation shear force and anchoring ability. Therefore, it proposed to change the dig foundation into large excavation step foundation and add supporting bolts. In addition, the paper initially proposed a coupling device for new and originally fixed anchor bolts. The above mentioned methods, characterized in charged in-situ reinforcement, safe and controllable construction, are put into projects, effectively solved engineering problems and available for the reference of power industry.
