平潭综合实验区离岸金融中心模式研究——基于金融地域运动理论视角

摘　　要：笔者结合平潭岛实际建设发展情况,对平潭综合实验区形成离岸金融中心的内外条件进行了分析,并根据金融地域运动理论,指出平潭综合实验区离岸金融中心的模式选择不是简单的复制传统的四类模式,而是应该依据实验区金融的"地域性"和"运动性"规律形成的城市等别,由初期的强调"速度论"内外分离型转向中期的"渗透论"分离渗透型,直到最终形成"渐进论"的内外一体型的离岸金融中心模式,并在此基础上,提出相应的政策建议。According to the development situation of Pingtan comprehensive experimental area,the authors try to analyse the inner and external conditions of building the offshore financial center in Pingtan comprehensive experimental area.Meanwhile,we found the offshore financial center model of Pingtan comprehensive experimental area is not easy to copy the four traditional models by financial and geographical movement theory.It will be evolving from the internal and external separation model to the internal and external combination model.Based on the result,we suggest some policies and advices for setting up the offshore financial center of Pingtan comprehensive experimental area.
