摘 要:研究大停电中连锁故障的关键演变特征有利于辅助理解电力系统故障级联传播现象,总结实际系统行为特点。在前文相关理论方法与应用评述基础上,选取近年来国内外影响较大的8次大停电实例,对其关键特征进行了细致剖析,详细分析并阐述了大停电前期连锁故障的演变过程、临界事件、主导模式与基本共性,对照连锁故障实际过程进一步说明了现有理论实用性不佳、对所涉因素及系统行为考虑过于简化等弱点。此外,针对新的WAMS、灾害监测等信息化系统发展,从电网脆弱性深度分析、故障在线诊断与智能告警、设备状态监测与建模等角度提出研究展望,讨论了未来一段时期内电力系统连锁故障分析技术的发展方向。It is of great importance to study real evolution features of power system cascading failures to well understand the continuing spread of events and related system behaviors. Based on the academic review of previous paper, eight blackouts caused by cascading failures with great impact over the world are chosen as examples to carefully analyze the evolution procedure, critical event, controlling spread mode and other common characteristics of cascading failure. According to above studies, some drawbacks of the existing techniques and algorithms such as low practical applicability and over-simplification of related factors or system behaviors are presented. Furthermore, considering the development of progressive information monitoring system, we discuss about power system cascading failures research directions from the academic and technical views of integrated vulnerability analysis algorithm, cascading faults on-line diagnose and intelligent alarm technique, device state monitoring and modeling and so on, which are expected to offer some general ideas for the future power system cascading failures research.
