摘 要:目的 :探讨血液中氧自由基浓度与突发性耳聋的关系及其临床意义。方法 :检测了 93例突发性耳聋患者与 10 0例正常健康者血浆中的超氧化歧化酶 ( P- SOD)活性和过氧化脂质 ( P- L PO)含量 ,以及红细胞中的超氧化物歧化酶 ( E- SOD)活性和过氧化脂质 ( E- L PO)含量 ,并作分析比较。结果 :与对照组比较 ,患者组的 P- SOD、E- SOD平均活性显著降低 ( P<0 .0 0 1) ,而 P- LPO、E- LPO平均含量显著增高 ( P<0 .0 0 1) ;与前庭功能正常组相比较 ,前庭功能异常组的 P- SOD、E- SOD平均值均显著降低 ( P<0 .0 0 0 1) ,P- LPO、E- LPO平均值均显著升高 ( P<0 .0 0 0 1) ;患者的听阈 ( HT)值随着 P- SOD和 E- SOD活性的下降及 P- LPO和 E- LPO含量的增高而增高 ;并均呈直线相关 ( P<0 .0 0 0 1) ;患者治疗后的 P- SOD、E- SOD平均值均显著升高 ( P<0 .0 0 0 1) ,P- L PO、E- L PO、HT平均值均显著降低 ( P<0 .0 0 0 1)。结论 :突发性耳聋患者体内的自由基反应病理性加剧 ,氧化抗氧化动态平衡严重失调。Objective:To study the relationship between concentration of oxygen free radicals in blood and sudden deafness and its clinical significance.Methods:Superoxide dismutase (P SOD) activity and lipoperoxides (P LPO) level in plasma as well as superoxide dismutase (E SOD) activity and lipoperoxides (E LPO) level in erythrocyte of 93 patients with sudden deafness and 100 healthy subjects were detected.Results:Compared with the values of the control group,the averaeg activities of P SOD and E SOD in the patient group were significantly decreased ( P <0.001),while those of P LPO and E LPO in the patient group were significantly increased ( P <0.001);Compared with the values of the vestibular function normal group,the averaeg activities of P SOD and E SOD in the patient group were significantly increased ( P <0.0001),while those of P LPO and E LPO in the vestibular function abnormality group were significantly decreased ( P <0.0001);with decrease of th values of P SOD and E SOD as well as increase of the values of P LPO and E LPO,the values of hearing threshold (HT) in the sudden deafness patients were increased,and there were certain degree linear correlation ( P <0.0001);compared with those in pretreatment,the values of P SOD,E SOD and HT in post treatment were significantly increased ( P <0.0001),and the values of P LPO and E LPO were significantly decreased ( P <0.0001).Conclusion:Free radical reactions in the body of the sudden deafness were pathologically aggravated,and the dynamic balance between oxidation and anti oxidation were seriously disordered.
