摘　　要：目的分析健康体检人群甲状腺结节检出情况，为甲状腺疾病的防治提供科学依据。方法对2011年1月1日至12月31日期间在我院健康管理中心健康体检并进行甲状腺超声检查的35495名人员甲状腺结节检出情况进行卡方检验、两独立样本的秩和检验和卡方趋势检验统计分析，比较不同年龄、不同性别结节检出率、结节大小、结节数目之间的差异。结果35495名人员甲状腺结节总检出率为33．87％，男性女性检出率分别为29．68％、41．76％，女性明显高于男性，女性检出年龄早于男性，检出率随年龄增长而增加；单发结节检出率随着年龄的增长而减少，多发结节检出率随着年龄的增长而增加，单发结节检出率男性多于女性，多发结节反之；小结节、中等结节和大结节的检出率男性分别为77．49％、18．19％、4．32％；女性分别为72．57％、21．59％、5．84％；检出甲状腺结节的人群中，甲状腺癌检出率为4万。结论甲状腺结节患病率已是我国健康体检人群常见及多发的病症之一，我们应加强甲状腺疾病的防治。随着高分辨率超声探头及彩色多普勒超声等技术的应用，以及在健康体检中甲状腺检查的普及，超声诊断甲状腺疾病的诊断率将逐步提高。Objective To explore the detection rate and major risk factors of nodular thyroid diseases among adults. Methods A total of 35 495 adults who caMed out health checkup during January l st,2009 and December 31 th,2010 in our center were assessed for the occurance of nodular thyroid diseases and the size and number of thyroid nodules by age and gender. Chi-square test,rank stun test and Chi-square trend test were used for data analysis. Results The total detection rate of nodular thyroid diseases was 33.87% （ female vs male ： 41.76% vs 29. 68% ）. The prevalence of single thyroid nodule was decreased with age, as opposed to muhi-thyroid nodules. Single thyroid nodule was more commonly seen in males, which was reversed in muhi-thyroid nodules. Small, middle and large thyroid nodules were found in 77.49% , 18.19% and 4. 32% males or 72.57% , 21.59% and 5.84% females, respectively. Moreover, thyroid cancer was detected in 0. 4%0 of those with nodular thyroid diseases. Conclusions The detection rate of nodular thyroid diseases among adult health checkup receivers was higher,which calls on the needs of intensive monitor and effective prevention of the condition.
