足下垂护理鞋具联合穴位按揉促进脑梗死偏瘫患者康复

摘　　要：目的探讨足下垂护理鞋具联合穴位按揉对脑梗死偏瘫患者的康复效果。方法将90例脑梗死偏瘫患者按住院时间分为观察组(60例)和对照组(30例),对照组接受常规药物治疗及护理,观察组在此基础上,于发病第7天病情基本稳定即采用自行研制的足下垂护理鞋具对患者进行患侧肢体的功能锻炼,同时选择手、足阳明、足太阴经穴位推拿按揉。结果观察组神经功能缺损评分由17.33±0.86减至10.50±3.83,生活能力状态分级由4.58±0.76减至2.70±1.11,肌力进步2级及进步1级者达51例,干预后上述指标与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01);临床疗效显著优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论应用足下垂护理鞋具配合中医穴位推拿按揉护理脑梗死偏瘫患者,可提高康复效果。Objective To explore the effect of combination use of foot-drop-controlling footwear and acupuncture point pressing on re-habilitation results of cerebral infarction patients developing hemiplegia. Methods Totally, 90 patients with cerebral infarction and hemiplegia were divided into an observation group of 60 and a control group of 30 by admission time. The control group received conventional drug treatment and nursing care, while the observation group additionally received rehabilitation training of the limbs on the affected side by using foot-drop-controlling footwear, and pressing of the acupoints on the hands, on the Foot Yangming Channel and on the Foot Taiyin Channel. Results The neurologic deficit scores in the observation group decreased from （17.33±0.86） to （10.50±3.83） ,the scores of Life Skills Assessment dropped from （4.58±0.76） to （2.70±1.11）, and muscle tone of 51 patients moved up by 1 or 2 levels, with statistical differences lying between the 2 groups in the above-mentioned indicators （P〈 0.05,P〈0.01）. The treatment effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group （P〈 0. 01）. Conclusion Combination use of foot-drop-controlling footwear and acupuncture point pressing could improve rehabilitation results of patients with cerebral infarction.
