摘 要:目的探讨术前游戏对患儿麻醉诱导配合程度的影响。方法将90例择期手术患儿随机分为对照组(45例)和观察组(45例)。术前20~30min,对照组患儿按常规护理;观察组患儿在1名家长的陪同下进入童趣化诱导间,学龄前患儿进行游戏干预,学龄期患儿采取游戏+认知干预;麻醉诱导时,利用游戏分散注意力,并采用鼓励、奖励等方法使患儿配合麻醉诱导。结果与对照组比较,观察组患儿麻醉诱导时和手术20min时MAP、HR显著降低(P<0.05,P<0.01);观察组学龄前及学龄期患儿麻醉诱导期合作量表得分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论术前游戏使患儿处于轻松愉快的氛围中,能有效提高患儿麻醉诱导配合程度,减轻焦虑。Objective To evaluate the effects of interested play on improving children's compliance of anesthesia induction. Methods Ninety children were assigned to 2 groups: the control group (n=45) and the observation group (n=45). The control group chil- dren were admitted to a general preoperative room and given the routine preoperative nursing 20-30 min before the surgery. The observation group children with a parent were taken into an anesthesia room decorated with toys and cartoons for the same time. Then the pre-school children could choose their interesting toys to play, while for the school-age children, playing intervention were associated with cognitive intervention. When anesthesia began, the nurse attracted children's attention using playthings, en- couraged and rewarded them. Results The differences of MAP and heart rate at anesthesia induction and 20min after the surgery be- gan between the two groups were remarkable (P〈0.05, P〈0.01); compared with the control group, the ICC scores of the pre- school and school-age children were decreased significantly (P〈0.05, P〈0.01). Conclusion In the relaxed environment, interested play can improve children's anesthesia induction compliance and reduce their anxiety.
