摘 要:目的研究日本血吸虫单克隆抗独特型抗体NP30对虫卵肉芽肿的影响。方法 NP30腹腔注射主动免疫ICR小鼠,对照组腹腔注射SP2/0腹水,分别在尾蚴攻击感染后第4、8、12、16、20、24周处死,观察和比较肝内虫卵肉芽肿的形成和演变。应用计算机图像分析技术,测量虫卵肉芽肿大小。结果尾蚴攻击感染第 12周以后, NP30免疫组虫卵肉芽肿的直径明显低于 SP2/0对照组,虫卵肉芽肿的演变时相提前,并出现2种特殊类型的肉芽肿。结论NP30能减轻日本血吸虫对宿主造成的免疫病理损害。Objective To study the immunoregulative effect of the monoclonal anti-idiotypic antibody NP30 of Schistosoma japonicum on egg granulomas. Methods ICR mice were actively immunized with NP30 intraperitoneally, while the control group was injected with SP2/0 ascites intraperitoneally. The mice were killed at the 4th、 8th、 12th、 16th、 20th、 24th week after infection re spectively. The formation and evolution of egg granulomas in liver were observed and compared. The size of egg granulomas was measured by NYD-1 000 Image Analysis System. Results The di ameter of egg granulomas in NP30 immunized group was much lower than that in SP2/0 ascites in jected group after the twelfth week of cercariae challenge. The evolution process of egg granulomas in NP30 immunized group was advanced. In addition, two special types of egg granulomas appeared in the liver. Conclusions NP30 may act as an effective inhibitor to egg granulomas of Schistosoma japonicum and reduce immunopathologic damage caused by Schistosoma japonicum in the host.
