摘　　要：目的观察4.5号头皮针在婴儿头皮静脉穿刺技术中的应用效果。方法对100例1周岁以内的患儿实施头皮静脉穿刺技术,观察组在单日使用4.5号头皮针,对照组在双日使用5.5号头皮针,比较2组穿刺成功率、输液时渗液情况。结果观察组头皮静脉一次穿刺成功率和渗液情况均好于对照组。结论使用4.5号头皮针头进行婴儿头皮静脉穿刺,一次穿刺成功率高,易于保留和固定,渗液发生率低,有利于保护婴儿头皮静脉,提高护理质量。Objective To observe the effect of No. 4.5 scalp needle in scalp vein puncture. Methods 100 children less than 1 year old with scalp vein puncture were selected. The children were given scalp vein puncture with No. 4.5 scalp needles on odd-numbered days as the observation group, and with No. 5.5 scalp needles on even-numbered days as the control group. The success rate of puncture and degree of infusion exudate were compared in 2 groups. Results The success rate of puncture and degree of infusion exudate in the observation group were better than that in the control group. Conclusion Scalp vein puncture with No. 4.5 scalp needles can improve success rate of puncture, reduce infusion exudate, help to protect the baby scalp vein and improve quality of care.
