开胸手术围术期低体温与手术部位感染的关系研究

摘　　要：目的观察开胸手术围术期低体温与手术部位感染(SSI)之间的关系,制定干预措施,以降低术后SSI发生率。方法选择医院2011年9-12月择期开胸手术患者120例,随机分为对照组和试验组,每组60例;试验组在常规围术期护理基础上加以保温措施,观察两组低体温及SSI发生率。结果试验组患者SSI发生率8.3%低于对照组15.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),对照组低体温发生率100.0%,而试验组为0,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论开胸手术围术期低体温与手术部位感染有关,并且成正相关,保温措施可预防轻度低体温发生,降低术后SSI发生率。OBJECTIVE To observe the correlation between the hypothermia and surgical site infections（SSI） during the perioperative period of thoracotomy so as to develop the intervention measures and reduce the incidence of SSI.METHODS A total of 120 patients who underwent the scheduled thoracotomy from Sep to Dec 2011 were selected and randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group with 60 cases in each group.The experimental group received routine nursing care during perioperative period on the basis of heat preservation measures.The low body temperature and the incidence of SSI between the two groups were compared.RESULTS The incidence rate of SSI in the experimental group was 8.3%,lower than 15.0% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）,the incidence of hypothermia was 100.0% in the control group and 0% in the experimental group,the difference was statistically significant（P0.01）.CONCLUSION The hypothermia is positively correlated with the SSI during the perioperative period of thoracotomy.Taking insulation measures can prevent the mild hypothermia and reduce the incidence of postoperative SSI.
