监测与质量控制在医院感染管理中的重要性

摘　　要：目的分析监测与质量控制在医院感染管理中的重要性,进一步改善对医院感染的控制效果。方法 2011年7-12月采用常规监测与质量控制方法进行感染管理,为常规组;2012年1-6月则采用强化监测与质量控制的方法,为强化组;对比两组的环境监测合格率、感染发生率及医护人员对感染知识的掌握情况。结果强化组空气、物体表面及医护人员手的合格率分别为98.67%、97.00%和99.33%,常规组分别为91.67%、89.33%、87.33%;感染率强化组为0.33%、常规组为1.00%;医护人员对感染知识的掌握率强化组为90.00%、常规组为76.00%,两组数据差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论强化监测与质量控制在医院感染管理中发挥积极作用。OBJECTIVE To study the importance of monitoring and quality control in the hospital infection management so as to further improve the effect of control of the nosocomial infections. METHODS The routine monitoring and quality control were adopted for the control of nosocomial infections from Jul to Dec 2011 and were set as the routine group; while the intensified monitoring and quality control were employed for the control of nosocomial infections from Jan to Jun 2012 and were set as the intensified group. The qualified rate of the environmental monitoring, the incidence of infection, and the awareness of infection control of the medical staff were compared between the two groups. RESULTS The qualified rates of the air, object surface, and the medical staff＇s hands were 98. 67%, 97.00%, and 99. 33M, respectively in the intensified group and were 91.67%, 89.33% ,and 87. 33M, respectively in the routine group; the incidence rate of infections was 0. 33M in the intensified group and 1.00% in the routine group;the rate of the awareness of infection control knowledge of the medical staff was 90.00% in the intensified group and 76.00% in the routine group; the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. CONCLUSION The intensified monitoring and quality control play an active role in the control of nosocomial infections.
