摘　　要：目的对多功能床边工作车在感染管理方面存在的问题进行分析研究,提出改进对策,强化多功能床边工作车的规范管理。方法根据医院护理质量考核标准对全院多功能床边工作车进行感染管理检查,对查出的问题进行分析研究。结果多功能床边工作车感染管理中存在6类突出问题,问题累计225次,其中物品放置欠规范53次占23.6%;一站式垃圾分类收集不规范50次占22.2%;布局不合理42次占18.7%;清洁不彻底38次占16.9%;手消用品的管理不符合要求26次占11.6%;一次性用品的管理不到位16次、占7.1%。结论各级护理人员均应重视多功能床边工作车的规范管理,防止和减少医院感染的发生,确保患者治疗安全。OBJECTIVE To explore and analyze the existing problems and improvement measures on infection management of multi-functional bedside work-car and strengthen its standard management. METHODS Based on the hospital nursing quality assessment standard, infection managements of multi-functional bedside work-car were checked in the hospital, and the existing problems of infection managements were analyzed. RESULTS The J cumulative problems of infection managements of multi-functional bedside work-car amounted to 225 cases, including 53 （23.6%） times of non-standardized article placement, 50 （22.2%） times of non-standardized one- station type garbage classification,42 （18.7%） times of unreasonable layout,38 （16.9%） times of non-thorough cleaning, 26 （11.6 % ） times of the hand disinfection supplies management without meeting the requirements, and 16 （7.1%） times of disposable goods management without in good place. CONCLUSION In order to prevent and reduce the incidence of hospital infections and to ensure the treatment safety, all levels of nursing staff should attach importance to the standard management of multi-functional bedside work-car.
