摘 要:目的探讨兰州地区2006-2011年女性生殖道支原体属感染及其耐药性变化,为临床合理用药提供依据。方法采用液体培养法检测支原体属及其对12种抗菌药物的药敏试验。结果 2006-2011年支原体属检出率分别为52.5%、58.5%、46.9%、51.0%、47.9%、52.7%;单一解脲脲支原体(Uu)感染比例最高(96.3%~65.0%),其次为Uu、人支原体(Mh)混合感染,且所占比例逐年上升(2.2%~34.0%);支原体属对12种抗菌药物敏感性逐年下降,对克拉霉素、交沙霉素、多西环素和米诺环素敏感性高,对大环内酯类、喹诺酮类药物敏感性低,螺旋霉素、环丙沙星敏感性最低。结论兰州地区女性泌尿生殖道支原体感染以Uu为主,Uu合并Mh感染逐年升高;克拉霉素、交沙霉素是目前兰州地区女性泌尿生殖道支原体感染的首选药物,螺旋霉素、环丙沙星不适宜支原体属感染治疗的经验性用药,临床应根据药物敏感试验结果合理用药。OBJECTIVE To investigate the Mycoplasma infections of urogenital tract of the female patients in Lanzhou area from 2006 to 2011 and observe the change of the drug resistance so as to provide basis for the reasonable clinical medication.METHODS Mycoplasma were detected with broth culture and the drug susceptibility testing for 12 antibiotics was performed.RESULTS The positive rates of Mycoplasma infection for six consecutive years were 52.5%,58.5%,46.9%,51.0%,47.9%,and 52.7%,respectively.Ureaplasma urealyticum was isolated with the highest proportion in the female urogenital Mycoplasma infections,varying between 65.0% and 96.3%,followed by the mixed Uu and Mh infections,increasing year by year(2.2%-34.0%).The drug susceptibility of the Mycoplasma to 12 antibiotics declined year by year.The Mycoplasma were highly sensitive to josamycin,doxycycline,clarithromycin,and minocycline,and were less sensitive to macrolide and quinolones,and the drug susceptibility to spiramycin and ciprofloxacin was the lowest.CONCLUSION The Uu is the predominant species of Mycoplasma causing urogenital tract infection in the female patients.The incidence of the mixed Uu and Mh infections increases year by year.Josamycin and clarithromycin are the primary choice for female urogenital Mycoplasma infection in Lanzhou,and spiramycin and ciprofloxacin are not suitable for empirical medication to treat the Mycoplasma infections.It is necessary to reasonably use antibiotics based on the result of drug susceptibility testing.
