摘　　要：足跟软组织缺损是临床常见病症,创伤、肿瘤、溃疡等多种因素均可引起足跟软组织缺损。足跟是人体主要的承重和行走结构,因此,足跟软组织缺损的修复备受人们重视。足跟软组织结构不同于其他部位,一般的皮片移植不能满足生理功能要求,目前多采用皮瓣进行修复,以恢复足跟的外形及功能。本文结合国内外文献,就足跟软组织缺损皮瓣修复技术研究进展做一综述。The heel soft tissue defects is a common clinical disease caused by many factors including trauma, tumor, and ulceration. Heel is a main structure for load - bearing and walking, and therefore its repair is extremely important. Since the common skin graft can not provide satisfactory physiological functions due to the special requirements of the soft tissue of heel, flaps are more commonly used for the repair of heel soft tissue defects. This article summarizes the recent advances in this topic.
