摘　　要：总结了辽宁沿海港口物流发展的问题,主要包括港口定位与发展目标冲突、港口资源与作业货物不匹配、各个港口的物流业务不成体系、物流布局不合理、港口产能过剩等。然后提出港口联动发展的策略,包括建立港口物流联动发展的机制、统一编制行动计划、推进信息建设、构建运输网络、倡导高附加值服务等。In this paper, with the Liaoning coastal economic belt as the example and through analyzing the functionally homogeneous and uncoordinated coastal harbours, we summarized the problems faced in the development of port logistics at the harbour along the coastline of Lianning, mainly including conflicting positioning of the ports and their development objective, mismatched resources of and operation at / cargoes handled by the ports, unsystematic logistics business of the harbours, unreasonable logistics layout, and surplus of production capacity of the ports, ere. Then we proposed the strategies for the joint development of port logistics, including setting up the port logistics joint development mechanism, unifying action plans, promoting information construction, establishing transportation network and encouraging high value-added services, etc.
