摘　　要：阐述了基于绿色环保概念的逆向物流的内涵及企业发展逆向物流的经济价值和社会价值;分析了我国企业发展逆向物流的有利条件以及在发展过程中存在的障碍,最后提出了实施、改进逆向物流管理的具体策略等。In this paper, we introduced the connotation of the reverse logistics based on green environmental protection as well as the economic and societal values of the reverse logistics businesses launched by the enterprises, then pointed out the conducive conditions for the Chinese enterprises to develop reverse logistics as well as the hindrances encountered, and at the end, proposed the specific measures to implement and improve the management of reverse logistics.
