摘　　要：分析了我国物流立法的现状、存在的问题以及加强我国现代物流法律保障的必要性,最后提出了完善我国物流法律制度的对策,即制定专门的物流法;建立健全物流业管理制度;完善物流主体立法。In this paper, we analyzed the current status and existing problems in the legislation of the logistics industry in China as well as the necessity of the legal support for it, and at the end pointed out the countermeasures to reinforce the logistics legal system of China, including formulating a unified national logistics industry development plan, stepping up logistics legislation and enacting specialized logistics law, building a sound logistics industry management institution, and lifting the status of the logistics enterprises as subjects in the legislation.
