锂离子电池正极材料制造业快速反应物流外包的研究

摘　　要：探讨了锂离子电池正极材料制造业快速反应物流的特点及其物流业务外包的必要性,并从物流外包商的选择、快速反应物流模式的建立、快速反应物流信息平台的建设三个方面对其物流业务的外包进行了规划。最后以M锂离子电池正极材料制造公司物流业务外包为案例,探讨了基于快速反应的物流外包模式在锂离子电池正极材料制造企业的应用。In this paper, we discussed the characteristics of the quick-response logistics for manufacturers of positive electrode materials of Li-ion batteries as well as the necessity for the outsourcing of the logistics business and then planned the outsourcing on the aspects of selection of outsourcing service providers, establishment of quick-response logistics mode and construction of quick-response logistics information platform. At the end, in the case of a company M which manufactured the electrode materials, we discussed the application of the logistics outsourcing mode based on quick-response.
