摘　　要：通过动产质押监管的实际案例,分析了相关流程和环节,从开展物流金融业务的企业选择、主要风险点的防范以及特殊问题的处置等方面探索了物流金融提供商的风险控制对策。In this paper, on the basis of empirical cases, we analyzed the process and links of chattel mortgage supervision, and on the aspects of enterprise selection, prevention of major risk points and disposition of special problems, etc., explored the control for the service providers in logistics finance business.
