摘　　要：在分析北京市物流业和银行业发展物流金融优势与不足的基础上,从北京市中小企业的融资现状出发,探讨了发展物流金融的必要性和合理性。得出如下结论:结合北京市自身特点,北京市发展物流金融需要各参与主体依据自身规模寻找合适的合作伙伴,中小银行联合中型物流企业,打造物流金融专业化服务,大型银行与大中型物流企业建立战略合作伙伴关系,着力发展统一授信业务,大型物流企业向综合运作模式过渡,同时,各参与主体应适时调整策略,选择适合自身当前业务定位、发展阶段的合作对象。In this paper, on the basis of an analysis of the strength and weakness of the logistics and financial industries of Beijing in the development of logistics finance and from the current financial status of the small-and-medium-sized enterprises in Beijing, we discussed the necessity and rationality for developing logistics finance and concluded that, in light of the characteristic of Beijing, to develop logistics finance in Beijing, the various participants needed to choose partners suitable for their own sizes, small-and-medium-sized banks should join with medium-sized logistics enterprises to provide specialized logistics financial services, large-sized banks should establish strategic partnership with large-and-medium-sized logistics enterprises to develop unified credit extension service, large-scale logistics enterprises should take initiative to transit to comprehensive operational mode.
