高效液相色谱法测定补肾益寿胶囊中的淫羊藿苷

摘　　要：建立高效液相色谱法测定补肾益寿胶囊中淫羊藿苷的含量。色谱条件为DiamonsilTMC18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)色谱柱,以乙腈-水(30∶70,V/V)为流动相,检测波长270nm,柱温25℃。淫羊藿苷在0.0842—1.2630μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9992),平均回收率为99.4%(RSD为0.76%,n=6)。结果表明,所建立的高效液相色谱法适用于补肾益寿胶囊中淫羊藿苷含量的测定。HPLC method for determination of icariin in Bushenyishou capsules content were established. The chromatographic conditions were DiamonsilTM Cls （250mm ×4.6mm, 5μm） column, acetonitrile-H20 （30 ： 70, V/V） as the mobile phase, detection wavelength at 270nm, column temperature at 25＇C. The content of icariin in Bushenyishou capsules in 0. 0842-1. 2630gg range was a good linear relationship（r=0. 9992）. The average recovery rate was 99.4% （RSD=0.76% ,n= 6）. The results show that the established HPI.C method was suitable for the determination of Icariin in the Bushenyishou capsule.
