摘 要:以CdTe量子点作为荧光探针,基于荧光猝灭法对叶酸进行了定量检测,考察了缓冲溶液体系、量子点浓度、反应时间等多种因素的影响。实验结果表明,在水中,反应时间为10min,叶酸浓度为2.5×10-7—1.5×10-6mol/L范围时,其线性回归方程为ΔF=47.67+129.88C(10-6mol/L),相关系数为0.9989。该方法检测范围宽,灵敏度高,为痕量叶酸的测定提供了新的方法。By using CdTe quantum dots (QDs) as fluorescent (PL) probe,Folic Acid (FA) was quantitatively detected based on PL quenching CdTe QDs. The influences of concentration of buffer solution,QDs and the incubation time were investigated and optimized in view of their influence on the FL behavior. The results indicated that in water solution, the emission intensity of CdTe QDs and theconcentration linear fitting 0. 9989. The detecting FA of FA fo equation results with a llow the equation in the range of 2.5 ×10-7-1.5 × 10-6mol/L. The obtained is. △F= 47. 67 +129. 88C(10-6mol/L) with the correlation coefficient of this work indicate that CdTe QDs can provide a new luminescent probe for ide detecting range and extremely high sensitivity.
