摘 要:质量控制和成分分析是目前中药研究所面临的两大课题。三维荧光光谱对于解决这两个问题都能提供一定的思路和方法。针对中药质量控制,三维荧光指纹图谱有着独特的优越性,但是也有一定的局限性。简要介绍了三维荧光指纹图谱数据库检索系统的工作原理。针对中药成分分析,根据三维荧光谱图的特征和中药特征荧光峰位置比较集中的特性,提出了以荧光官能团解析三维荧光谱图的思路和假想。介绍了常见中药三维荧光光谱中八种特征峰的位置,并根据荧光光谱的性质推断出第一、二、三种特征峰都是由苯样结构发出的。Quality control and component analysis are two subjects in Chinese traditional medicine research. Three-dimension fluorescence spectra can offer some ideas and ways to both two subjects. For quality control,three-dimension fluorescence spectra have not only unique advantages but also limitation. Working principle of three-dimension fluorescence fingerprint spectra database retrieval system was introduced. For component analysis, a new idea or assumption that three-dimensional fluorescence spectra can be analyzing on the basis of the fluorescent functional groups was proposed, based on features of three dimension fluorescence spectra and concentration of characteristic fluorescence peak position of Chinese traditional medicine. Eight characteristic peaks in three- dimensional fluorescence spectra of common Chinese traditional medicine were introduced. Based on nature of fluorescence spectra, it can be inferred that the first,second and third characteristic peaks are all emitted by benzenoid functional group.
