原子吸收光谱法测定烟草漂浮育苗基质中的重金属

摘  要:采用微波消解烟草漂浮育苗基质中的重金属,使用5mL硝酸(65%—68%)、3mL双氧水(30%)、3mL氢氟酸(≥40%)消解样品,并在温度为160℃的消解仪上把酸赶尽,用原子吸收光谱法检测烟草漂浮育苗基质中的铜、锌、铅、镍、铬。结果表明,铜、锌、铅、镍、铬的平均回收率分别为97.6%、99.3%、101.5%、100.2%、99.6%,样品测定的相对标准偏差在1.72%—5.06%之间,方法稳定性和重复性好,精确性较高,可操作性强,易于推广。The heavy metals in tobacco floating nursery substrates were digested by microwave digestion, using 5mL nitric acid (65 %- 68 % ), 3mL hydrogen peroxide (30 % ), 3mL hydrofluoric acid (≥40 % ), and the acid was eliminated in digestion system under 160℃. The copper,zinc,lead, nickel and chromium in tobacco floating nursery substrates were determined by atomic absorption spectrometry. The results showed that, the average recoveries of copper, zinc, lead, nickel and chromium were respectively 97. 6%, 99. 3%, 101.5%, 100. 2% and 99. 6%, the relative standard deviations were between 1.72 % and 5.06 %. The method has good stability and repeatability and high accuracy ,that is easy to operate and spread.
