基层官兵心理健康与职业压力的关系消极应对方式的中介效应

摘　　要：目的探讨职业压力、消极应对与基层官兵心理健康的关系及其作用模型，为军人心理健康的维护提供科学依据。方法在各大军区采用随机整群抽样法抽取719名军人，采用中国军人心理健康量表、军人职业压力量表和军人情景特质应对方式量表进行测评，使用SPSSl7．0和Amos7．0等统计软件对数据资料进行相关分析、多元线性回归分析、路径分析等统计学处理。结果（1）官兵职业压力、消极应对与心理健康水平呈显著相关（r=-0．212～0．892，〈0．01）。（2）回归分析发现，工作压力、领导能力、人际关系和军旅特殊生活可解释基层官兵消极应对变异的36．2％（F=102．931，P〈0．05）。人际关系消极、情感消极、军旅特殊生活消极和健康及经济消极对官兵心理健康变异的解释率为20．9％（F=48．331，P〈0．05）。（3）消极应对的介入，增强了职业压力对基层官兵心理健康的影响，基层官兵职业压力、消极应对与心理健康的路径模型的主要拟合指标：X2／df=3．355，GFI=0．947，AGFI：0．928，NFI=0．958，IFR=0．950，IFI=0．970，TLI=0．964，CFR=0．970，RMSEA=0．057。结论职业压力、消极应对是基层官兵心理健康的主要影响因素，消极应对是职业压力和心理健康的中介变量。Objective To explore the correlational relationships of military occupational stress, passive coping style and mental health, in an effort to provide scientific evidence for mental health preservation. Methods By random cluster sampling, a total of 719 army officers and soldiers were administered Chinese Military Mental Health Scale（CMMHS） ,Military Occupational Stress Scale and Military Personnel Scene-trait Coping Style Scale. Data collected were analyzed with correlational analysis, stepwise linear regression analysis, and pathway analysis in SPSS versionl7.0 and Amos7.0. Results All factors of military occupational stress and passive coping style sig- nificantly correlated with mental health（r= -0. 212 -0. 892, P〈 0. O1 ）. Stepwise linear regression analysis results suggested that job stress, interpersonal relationship, leadership, and special military circumstances accounted for 36.2% of passive coping style＇ s variation （F = 102.931, P 〈 O. 05 ） ; passive interpersonal relationship, passive af- fection, passive military circumstances, passive health ＆ economic status accounted for 20.9% of mental heahh＇s variation（F = 48. 331, P 〈 O. 05 ）. The effect of occupational stress upon mental health was enhanced by the intro- duction of passive coping style. The main fitting indexes of pathway model of occupational stress, passive coping style and mental health were as the following ： X 2/df = 3. 355, GFI = 0. 947, AGFI = O. 928, NFI = 0. 958, IFR = 0.950,IFI=0.970,TLI=0.964,CFR=0.970,RMSEA=0.057. Conclusions The military occupational stress and passive coping style are key influence factors on mental health in grassroot servicemen. Passive coping style have mediating effect between occupational stress and mental health.
