摘　　要：在吐蕃归义军时期,敦煌佛教僧团设有管理佛教事务的最高僧司机构——都司。都司是吐蕃统治敦煌早期,在蕃汉民族矛盾突出、吐蕃推行宗教制度改革等的背景下,为了更好地管理敦煌地区的佛教事务及对当地蕃汉军民进行有效的管理而设置的一个机构,在吐蕃归义军时期敦煌地区的佛教事务管理中扮演着重要的角色。Dusi, the highest organization of Buddhism, had been established in Dunhuang to better manage Buddhist communities and to effectively control Tibetan as well as Chinese people during early Tibetan occupation, when violent contradiction appeared between Tibetan and Chinese people and the Tibetans were carrying out religious reform. It played an important role in the management of Buddhist affairs during the Tibetan occupation and the Retum-to-Allegiance Army periods
