喘可治注射液缓解阿霉素对4T1移植瘤小鼠的心脏毒性

摘　　要：目的考察喘可治注射液(淫羊藿、巴戟天等)与阿霉素联合用药对4T1乳腺癌移植瘤小鼠的治疗作用和对阿霉素心脏毒性的缓解作用。方法建立小鼠乳腺癌移植瘤模型。随机分为4组,生理盐水组、阿霉素组、喘可治注射液组、联合用药组。测量各组小鼠生存情况、肿瘤体积、抑瘤率,计算联合用药参数Q值,测定血清肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)活性,心脏病理学切片。结果联合用药组生存率高于阿霉素组;联合用药组和阿霉素组的瘤质量及抑瘤率进行比较,没有显著性差异;联合用药组和阿霉素组的CK-MB分别为(1 123.26±166.56)U/L和(1 246.12±170.42)U/L;心脏病理学切片显示联合用药组的心肌损伤较阿霉素组轻。结论喘可治注射液与阿霉素抗肿瘤作用无明显协同效应,但能够降低阿霉素的心脏毒性。AIM To investigate the effect of Chuankezhi Injection （Epimedii Folium, Morindae officinalis Ra- dix, etc. ） combined with adriamycin on mouse breast cancer cell line 4T1. METHODS 4T1 tumor-bearing mice models were established by transplanting the 4T1 cells into BALB/c mice and were divided into four groups treated respectively with saline, adriamycin, Chuankezhi Injection and Chuankezhi Injection combined with adriamycin. The life quality, tumor volume, survival rate Q value of drug combination of each group were measured. Activity of serum creatine kinase isoenzyme （CK-MB） was detected. Cardiac pathology was observed by routine hematoxylin- eosin staining. RESULTS The survival of adriamycin was 66. 67% , but that of Chuankezhi Injection and Chua- nkezhi Injection combined with adriamycin was 100%. Relative tumor volume and tumor weight of adriamycin and Chuankezhi Injection combined with adriamycin decreased, but there was no significant difference between them. The CK-MB was （ 1 123.26 ± 166.56 ） U/L in the Chuankezhi Injection combined with adriamycin group and （ 1 246. 12± 170.42） U/L in the adriamycirl group. Hematoxylin - eosin staining proved that myocardial toxicity showed lower in the Chuankezhi Injection combined with adriamycin group than that in the adriamycin group. CONCLUSION Chuankezhi Injection combined with adriamycin has no obvious synergy for tumor. Chuankezhi Injection relieves adriamycin induced myocardial damage.
