通脉颗粒对兔急性心肌梗死再灌注后无复流的影响

摘　　要：目的研究通脉颗粒(丹参、川芎和葛根)对兔急性心肌梗死再灌注后无复流模型的防治作用。方法分别在夹闭兔心脏上方主动脉和不夹闭主动脉情况下,间隔不同时间向兔左心室内注入硫磺素和Evans Blue,观察染色效果;选择不破坏胸膜的兔急性心肌梗死再灌注模型用于观察通脉颗粒对家兔无复流模型心电图、心肌酶、血流动力学、无复流程度和梗死程度的影响。结果冠脉结扎3 h组兔心肌无复流模型成模率明显高于冠脉结扎2 h组。与模型组比较,通脉颗粒组兔心电图J点位移减小,乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)和磷酸肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)释放减少,心功能增强,无复流程度和梗死程度减小。结论通脉颗粒灌胃给药能一定程度预防兔急性心肌梗死再灌注后导致的心肌无复流现象。AIM To study the effect of Tongmai Granules （ Salviae miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma, Chuanx- iong Rhizoma and Puerariae lobatae Radix） on no-reflow model in rabbits with acute myocardial infarction and reperfusion. METHODS Injection of thioflavin-S and Evan＇ s Blue into rabbit＇ s left ventricle at different time intervals was carried out to observe the effect of Tongmai Granules on electrocardiogram, cardiac enzymes, hemody- namy, degree of no-reflow and infarction on rabbit no-reflow model. RESULTS The no-reflow rabbits of coronary artery ligation for 3 h were superior to those for 2 h. Compared with the model group, the movement of J point in the Tongmai Granules group decreased evidently, and the release of creatine kinase isoenzyme MB （CK-MB） and lactate dehydrogenase （LDH） significantly reduced. Cardiac function increased, and degree of no-reflow and in- farction decreased significantly. CONCLUSION cute myocardial infarction and reperfusion in rabbits tent. Tongmai Granules could alleviate myocardial no-reflow after a- with experimental acute myocardial infarction to a certain extent.
