摘　　要：目的研究复方炎宁颗粒(鹿茸草、白花蛇舌草、鸭跖草)的化学成分。方法采用反相制备HPLC、OS(Sephadex LH-20等色谱法)进行分离,NMR和MS确定化合物的结构。结果分离鉴定了20个化合物,分别为异阿克替苷(1)、肉苁蓉苷D(2)、广防风苷A(3)、parvifloroside B(4)、torenoside B(5)、osmanthuside B(6)、(7S,8R)-dehydrodiconiferyl alcohol 4-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(7)、(+)-isolariciresinol(8)、5-methoxy-(+)-isolariciresinol(9)、(-)-secoisolariciresinol(10)、8-O-乙酰基玉叶金花苷(11)、cyclopenta[c]pyran-4-carboxylic acid(12)、nep-etanudoside B(13)、对羟基桂皮酸(14)、异阿魏酸(15)、香草酸(16)、芹菜素(17)、木犀草素(18)、槲皮素(19)、芦丁(20)。结论化合物1～20均为首次从该复方中分离得到。AIM To study the chemical constituents from Yanning Granules （Monochasmatis Herba, Hedyotis diffusae Herba, Commelinae Herba ）. METHODS The chemical constituents were isolated on reverse phase Semi-preparation HPLC and Sephadex LH-20 gel columns, and their structures were identified by spectroscopic a- nalysis （NMR and MS ）. RESULTS Twenty compounds were isolated and identified as isoacteoside （1）, cistanoside D （2）, epimeridinoside A （3）, parvifioroside B （4）, torenoside B （$）, osmanthuside B （6）, （73, 8R） -dehydrodiconiferyl alcohol 4-O-β-D-glucopyranoside （7）, （ ＋ ） -isolariciresinol （8）, 5-methoxy- （ ＋ ） - isolariciresinol （9） , （ - ） -secoisolariciresinol （10） , 8-O-acetylmussaenoside （ 11 ） , cyclopenta [ c] pyran-4- carboxylic acid （ 12）, nepetanudoside B （13）, p-hydroxy cinnamic acid （ 14）, isoferulic acid （ 15）, vanillic acid （16）, apigenin （17）, luteoline （18）, quercetin （19）, rutin （20）. CONCLUSION Compounds 1-20 are iso- lated from Yanning Granules for the first time.
