摘 要:文化是一种影响经济行为人的行为选择进而影响国家和区域的经济运行和经济增长的主观精神变量。文化经济学把人的宗教信仰、价值观念、社会风尚等主观精神禀赋纳入经济分析,与行为经济学把人的行为心理过程与结构纳入经济分析一样,都是对经济学研究方法和核心研究范式的重要拓展。两者的区别在于,前者是关于人的经济行为的"显意识"的"精神分析",而后者则是关于人的经济行为的"潜意识"的"心理分析"。文化精神作为多维度的复合理论变量,包含价值观、诚信度、正义感、忍耐力、风险担当、乐观心态、行为风尚等多个精神向度。文化精神变量与传统经济学变量有着明显不同的特征:(1)它是具有多个方向与维度的理论"矢量";(2)它是"形而上"的主观变量,因而不易作实证经验测度;(3)它与经济学其他客观物质变量之间一般无法直接进行运算与通约;(4)它具有典型的非排他性与非竞争性,通常表现为一种特殊类型的精神资本。如何对文化精神变量进行计量测度和理论建模,是把文化精神纳入经济学分析的关键之点同时也是难点所在。Culture is a kind of subjective mental variables which influence person's economic behavior choice and economic growth of nation and region. Cultural economics, which bring people's subjective mental endowments such as religious beliefs, values, social fashion into economic analysis, is same as behavioral economics in bringing human psychological behavior process and structure into economic analysis. Both of them are the major expansion of economics research method and research paradigm. The difference is that the former is the "consciousness psychoanalysis" about person's economic behavior, while the latter is the "subconscious psychological analysis" of human economic behavior. Cultural spirit as multidimensional theory variables include values, integrity, justice, tolerance, risk bear, optimistic attitude, behavior habits and many other dimensions of the spirit. Cultural variables and traditional economics variables have obviously different characteristics: firstly, it is provided with a plurality of direction and dimension theory " vector "; secondly, it is a "metaphysical" subjective variables, so it is not easy to make empirical measures; thirdly, it is unable to make direct operations and commensuration between Cultural variables and other objective material variables; lastly, it has the typical of non exclusive and non competitive, usually manifests as a special type of mental capital. How to measure and model theoretically the culture variables is the key point and difficulty to bring the cultural ~nlrlt int ; I___:
