摘 要:针对传统观测手段难以满足矿区快速生态演变监测需要的问题,在归纳总结生态监测的内容、技术、指标及其评价模型等的基础上,以"3S"空间信息技术为支撑,设计了矿区生态监测系统,并在Microsoft.NET平台上,利用ArcEngine、IDL、C#等实现了该系统的开发。通过将该系统对实例矿区进行生态监测,结果表明,系统能够稳定运行,能够辅助完成矿区生态监测的分析、制图任务。Considering the insufficiency of conventional observational means in mining area ecological monitoring, after summarizes the contents, technical indicators and evaluation model of the ecological monitoring,the system of monitoring and assessment for ecological in mining area was designed based on 3S technology. In the Microsoft . Net environment,the ArcEngine GIS component,IDL and C~ language were used to implement and integrate the system. The system debugging was execution with a case mining area, the results show that the system can be operated steadily and also can provides important technical support for mine land reclamation and ecological reconstruction.
