儿童监护人安全用药知识认知度的调查分析

摘　　要：目的:为医院开展儿童监护人安全用药教育提供参考。方法:设计统一的调查问卷,对我院门诊就诊及病区住院的患儿监护人进行问卷调查,了解儿童监护人对儿童安全用药知识的认知程度和对儿童专用药品、药学服务的需求。结果与结论:儿童监护人安全用药知识有待进一步加强,儿科领域对儿童专用药品和对医院药学服务的需求迫切。建议开发更多儿科专用药品,加强对儿童监护人的用药指导,广泛开展安全用药知识宣传。OBJECTIVE：To provide basis for the development of guardians of children＇s medication education.METHODS：Guardians of children in outpatient department and wards of our hospital were investigated by uniform designed questionnaires to understand the knowledge of guardians of children about safe use of drugs and their demands for children＇s drugs and pharmaceutical care.RESULTS CONCLUSIONS：The knowledge of guardians of children about safe use of drug on children would be further improved.It was urgent for guardians of children to strengthen children＇s medication and pharmaceutical care.More pediatric drug should be developed.Both doctors and clinical pharmacists should offer guidance and education on children＇s medication.
