摘  要:回转式空气预热器(空预器)是电站锅炉系统中的重要辅机之一,柔性密封是克服该设备高漏风率缺陷的主要手段。柔性密封片引起的功率损耗(摩擦功率)是评价柔性密封改造工程可行性的重要条件,但目前的估算缺乏理论依据,大多只凭经验进行,这无疑增加了设备运行的风险和不确定性。从应用力学角度出发,分析了柔性密封片的运行及受力情况,推导出3个不同方向的柔性密封片摩擦功率计算公式,最后考虑结构大变形和材料非线性,通过有限元软件ANSYS给出了摩擦功率的典型算例,为电站锅炉回转式空气预热器柔性密封改造及新型柔性密封片的研发提供参考。Flexible seal is being used to reduce the air leakage rate of the rotary air preheater (RAPH) in power plant boiler system. The consumed power of the flexible seal friction is one of the assessment criteria of the seal renovation project. However, there has been no unified theory to estimate the friction power yet, which will raise the risk and the uncertainty of the operation. The performances and the loading conditions of the flexible seals were firstly examined in the viewpoint of applied mechanics, and the flexible seal friction powers were generally formulated. As an example, a new flexible seal and a real RAPH were introduced to the calculation and analysis, in which frictions were calculated by using the finite element analysis software ANSYS, and the large displacements of the structure and the elastoplastic properties of the material were considered. The research results provide a reference to the flexible seal design and the renovation project of the rotary air preheater in power plant.
