摘 要:用电弧离子镀技术在炮钢表面沉积NiCoCrAlY涂层,研究了涂层的硬度与摩擦磨损性能、高温抗氧化性及耐腐蚀性。结果表明:涂层的硬度较炮钢提高了近36%,炮钢的磨损机制主要为严重的磨料磨损和塑性流动,NiCoCrAlY涂层磨损机制主要是粘着磨损,NiCoCrAlY涂层的摩擦系数(0.57~0.65)小于炮钢的摩擦系数(0.78~0.86);NiCoCrAlY涂层在850℃空气中氧化100 h后的动力学结果表明,涂层大大提高了炮钢的高温抗氧化性能,其原因是表面形成了θ-Al2O3和α-Al2O3氧化膜阻止了炮钢基体被氧化,同时NiCoCrAlY涂层由β-(Ni,Co)Al、α-Cr与γ-Ni相转变为γ-Ni、γ′-Ni3Al和FeNi相;NiCoCrAlY涂层在3.5%NaCl溶液中较炮钢自腐蚀电位提高了近200 mV,能够显著提高炮钢的抗腐蚀能力。A NiCoCrAIY coating was deposited on gun steel by arc ion plating (AIP) . The hardness, friction and wear of coatings were investigated. The results show that the hardness of coatings increased by approximately 36% in comparison with that of the gun steel. The wear mechanism of NiCoCrA1Y coatings could be mainly characterized by adhesive wear while the dominant wear mechanism for the gun steel was severe grinding abrasion and plastic flow. The steady-state friction coefficient of NiCoCrA1Y coatings ranged from 0.57 to 0.65, with a lower value than that of gun steel which ranged from 0.78 to 0.86. The oxidation tests were performed at 850℃ for 100 h and it was found from the oxidation dynamics that the NiCoCrA1Y coatings greatly increased the high-temperature oxidation resistance of gun steel at 850 ℃ due to a scale of θ-A1203 and α-A1203 oxides, which prevented the substrate from oxidating. At the same time, the phases transformed from 13- (Ni, Co)A1, α-Cr and γ-Ni to γ-Ni,γ-Ni3A1 and FeNi in the NiCoCrA1Y coatings. The potentiodynamic polarization measurements showed that the corrosion potential of NiCoCrA1Y coatings was approximately 200 mV higher than that of gun steel in 3.5 % NaC1 solution, which greatly enhanced corrosion resistance of the gun steel.
