船用承压铜泵铸件低压铸造技术研究

摘　　要：通过对船用承压铜泵铸件结构特点以及技术条件要求的分析、化学成分的合理选择、低压铸造工艺参数的设计和优化等,采用低压铸造技术成功地研制出船用承压铜泵铸件,与重力铸造相比,大大提高了产品的成品率,试制铸件的各项检测结果完全达到产品技术要求。Pressure-containing copper alloy pump castings for ships have been successfully developed by low pressure casting technology through analyzing the structural characteristics and technical requirements, selecting the reasonable chemical composition and optimizing low-pressure casting technical parameters, etc. Comparing with gravity casting, the new method greatly improved the rate of finished product and all the inspection results of trial castings have meet the client＇s requirements completely.
