摘 要:采用压差铜模吸铸法在水冷铜坩埚中成功制备了铜网、不锈钢网与锆基非晶合金复合的新材料,采用X射线衍射及金相试验对其结构进行了表征,通过准静态力学性能试验对样品的力学性能进行了研究,并对准静态力学性能试验产生的压缩断口进行了扫描分析。结果表明,在不同吸铸功率下制备的样品中,吸铸功率为8 kW时材料的综合力学性能最好,其压缩极限强度达到1 542 MPa,弹性应变为2.9%,塑性应变为10.6%,其断口扫描图中出现的与塑性相关的脉状纹不断增多,甚至交互成韧窝。The copper net, stainless steel net and Zr-based amorphous alloys were successfully synthesized by using copper mold suction casting in water cooling crucible. The structure characteristics and mechanics properties have been investigated by means of X-ray diffraction (XRD), metallographic experiment and quasistatic compression experiment. The fracture surface ofquasistatic compression experiment was examined by scanning electron microscope (SEM). The results show that among the samples prepared under different suction casting powers, the comprehensive performance of the alloy prepared under 8 kW suction casting power reached the best, the limit of compression ultimate strength reached 1 542 MPa, the elastic strain and, plastic strain were 2.9% and 10.6% respectively, the growing of vein pattern related to plastic was observed and even interacted into tough dimple-like pattern.
