摘　　要：介绍了HT250材质刹车盘的成分特点及金相组织要求,详细分析了在原材料控制、五大元素调整、实际熔炼操作、铸件材质检测等方面应注意的问题。技术、生产、材料、设备在最佳现场管理下运行,是生产出合格并满足客户要求产品的保证。The component characteristics of brake disc made of liT250 grade gray iron and the requirement of metallographic structure were introduced. The problems needing attention such as raw material control, adjustment of five elements, actual smelting operation and casting materials measuring were analyzed. The production factors such as technology, safety, materials and equipment should be operated under optimal environment, which was the guarantee for qualified oroduct and satisfaction of customers.
