摘　　要：介绍了混合性基体(QT500-7)球墨铸铁件化学成分、球化剂、孕育剂的选择和球化、孕育方法。应用串联铸造工艺生产调整盘铸件,解决了工装不足,各班组生产能力不均衡,生产场地面积狭小的问题,而且提高了产量,扩大了生产规模。Selection of chemical composition, nodulizer, inoculant and method of spheroidisation and inoculation for mixed matrix （QT500-7） ductile iron casting were introduced. Application of the string casting process to the production of adjusting plate casting not only solved the shortage of the tooling, disequilibrium of production capacity of each working team, narrow area of production site, but also increased yield and expanded production capacity.
