转K3型下心盘铸钢件收缩缺陷分析及防止措施

摘　　要：对转K3型转向架下心盘球面圆弧处贯穿裂纹部位进行解剖后发现,断裂面处有较大缩孔。为解决下心盘的铸造缺陷,采取了改进浇注系统及增加冷铁和补贴等工艺措施。结果表明,下心盘的球面圆弧处的缩孔、缩松、夹渣、气孔等缺陷得到了有效防止,产品满足了技术要求。After cutting the position of transfixion crack in the spherical arc of ZK3 bogie bottom centre-plate, large size shrinkage was found. In order to solve the casting defects of bottom centre-plate, the process measures were adopted such as improving pouring system, increasing chill and pad, etc. The results show that the casting defects such as shrinkage, dispersed shrinkage, slag inclusion, gas hole, etc. were prevented effectively and the castings meet the technical requirement.
