重要击剑赛事参赛研究--以国家男子花剑队2009-2012年三大赛参赛方案为例

摘　　要：通过对国家男子花剑队2009—2012年比赛周期世界杯、世界锦标赛和奥运会三大赛参赛方案制定与实施情况的分析与总结,对击剑三大赛竞赛的特点、差异及参赛问题进行了讨论。结果表明:世界杯比赛赛期长、赛次频密、准备期较短,成功参赛主要解决赛季后期竞技状态衰退的问题;世界锦标赛有较为完整的训练准备期,参赛的重点在于准备期后期的状态调整;奥运会击剑比赛参赛人数少、比赛场次少、首场比赛难度大、运动员参赛压力大,奥运会的成功参赛,竞技状态调整以及首场比赛的成功率至关重要。Competing successfully at three top level fencing competitions was discussed by an empirical study on the competition plans and its implementation of China men ＇ s foil team in the period of 2009 to 2012. The result showed that with longer competition periods and shorter preparation, the World Cup series requires stable athletic conditions throughout the whole competition circle. For the world championships, the important thing is to having optimal athletic state via the training, especially during the tapering. That is also crucial to compete successfully in Olympics. The competition of Olympic Games has fewer rounds of contests than other two competitions and the first round would be very difficult, attribute to all participants are qualified with their world rankings accompanied with excellent performance. Otherwise, given the first round is elimination, which would be very important to finally win the game.
