摘 要:目的:探讨冠心病患者血钙、血磷和碱性磷酸酶与骨密度(BMD)的相关性,以期通过血生化指标了解冠心病患者的骨组织代谢状况。方法:30名女性冠心病患者,根据是否服用L型钙通道阻滞药被分为服药组(13人)和未服药组(17人)。在12周的运动康复程序的前、后测定受试者的血钙、血磷、碱性磷酸酶和双股骨和L2-L4的BMD,并建立和分析它们之间的相关关系。结果:1)两组受试者在运动康复前和运动康复后,血磷与双股骨和L2-L4的BMD均未见显著相关(P>0.05)。2)两组受试者在运动康复后血钙与L2-L4的BMD呈显著相关(P<0.05)。3)服药组在运动康复前和运动康复后,碱性磷酸酶与双股骨和L2-L4的BMD均未见显著相关(P>0.05)。4)未服药组碱性磷酸酶在运动康复后与L2-L4的BMD呈显著相关(P<0.05)。结论:运动康复后可以根据血钙的测定来推测冠心病患者的骨密度状况,而碱性磷酸酶则只能应用在未服用L型钙通道阻滞剂的受试者身上。Objective : To examine correlations between calcium( Ca), phosphorus (P) and alkaline phosphatase (ALP) in serum and bone mineral density (BMD). These might provide an access to understand status of bone metabolism of coronary heart disease patients through blood biochemical test. Methods.. Thirty female coronary heart disease patients were divided into those on L-type calcium channel blockade therapy (blockade group, n= 13) and those who were not (non-blockade group, n= 17). The patients were measured their Ca, P, ALP and BMD both pre and post a 12-week exercise-based rehabilitation programme. Then, the correlations between these biochemical and mineral variables were established. Results: 1 ) Both groups showed non significant correlations between P and BMD of dual femur and lumbar spine ke-L4 both pre and post the exercise rehabilitation (P〉0.05). 2)Both groups showed signif- icant correlations between Ca and BMD of lumbar spine L2-L4 post the exercise rehabilitation (P〈0.05). 3)Blockade group showed non significant correlations between ALP and BMD of dual femur and lumbar spine L2-L4 both pre and post the exercise rehabilitation(P〈0.05). 4) Non-blockade group showed significant correlations between ALP and BMD of lumbar spine L2-L4 post the exercise rehabilitation (P 〈 0.0 5 ). Conclusion: Status of BMD of coronary heart disease patients can be estimated through the results of serum calcium test post the exercise rehabilitation programme, whereas the application of ALP in this area can only be placed on the patients without blockade usage.
