摘 要:在现代工业中,很多大型工业过程装备的主体装置是回转筒,物料在转筒内的运动特性,物料颗粒的混合速度和混合程度直接影响了能量传递过程、产品质量和生产效率。采用DEM仿真软件PFC3D仿真转筒内颗粒的混合过程,用多固定区域内黄球浓度标准差及混合时间参数来量化描述颗粒的混合程度与混合速度;仿真了转速、填充率、转筒直径对颗粒混合过程的影响。仿真结果表明:随转速的增加,颗粒混合速度有所提高,混合程度变化不明显;随填充率的增加,混合速度有所减慢,混合程度有所加深;随转筒半径的增大,混合速度有所加快,混合程度有所加深。仿真结果为转筒内颗粒混合过程的理论建模提供了重要依据,为转筒类工业过程装备的设计和控制优化奠定了基础。In the modern industry, rotary drum is widely used in large industrial process equipments . The motion characteristics of the material in the rotary drum, such as mixing speed and mixed degree of the material particles directly affect energy transfer proces- ses, product quality and production efficiency. The DEM (Discrete Element Method) simulate software PFC3D is used to predict the particle mixing process in the rotating cylinder, the concentration variance in multiple fixed area and the mixing time are introduced to quantitatively describe the particle mixed degree and mixing speed. The influence of rotation speed, fill degree and drum radius on the particle mixing process is simulated. The simulation studies demonstrate that the particle mixing speed increases with the rotation speed, but the change of mixed degree with the rotation speed is not obvious. With the increase of the fill degree, the mixing speed slows down and the mixed degree slightly deepens. With the increase of the drum radius, the mixing speed accelerates slightly, the mixed degree deepened. The simulation results in this paper provide an important basis for the theoretical modeling of the movement of materials process and for the design and control optimization of the drum-formed kind industrial process equipment.
