抗β2糖蛋白I抗体与血小板活化和血栓形成研究进展

摘　　要：抗β2糖蛋白I（β2GPI）抗体是以β2GPI为靶抗原的抗磷脂抗体，β2GPI又称载脂蛋白白（Aport），是血浆中的一种单链蛋白质，主要由肝脏合成，浓度约为200μg/ml。已研究的结果表明，抗β2GPI抗体可以与多种带负电荷物质结合，包括磷脂、脂蛋白，可以通过受体导致血小板活化，通过多种途径促使血栓形成，在抗磷脂综合征（APS）的血栓形成过程中发挥重要作用。Anti-beta 2 glycoprotein I antibody （anti-β2 GP I antibody） is one of antiphospholipid anti- body （aPL） targeting human β2 glycoprotein I （[32GP I ）. Anti-132GP I antibody is a plasma protein with a single polypeptide synthesized by the liver. Its blood concentration is about 200 mxg/ml. Researches showed that anti-β2 GP I antibody can activate platelets through binding with a variety of negatively charged substances including phospholipids and lipoproteins. And then anti-β2 GP I antibody can also promote thrombosis by a variety of ways. Therefore, it plays an important role in the process of thrombosis in antiphospholipid syndrome（APS）.
