电针足三里穴对慢性应激抑郁症大鼠行为改变的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨电针足三里穴对慢性应激模型大鼠行为改变的影响,并通过对比神门穴揭示调理中焦脾胃改善神志异常疾病行为学症状的疗效。方法:采用孤养加慢性轻度不可预见性应激方法制成抑郁症模型,通过电针足三里穴和神门穴及盐酸氟西汀灌胃进行干预,检测第1天、第21天各组大鼠体质量与开野实验得分,及第21天各组大鼠糖水消耗量。结果:与空白组相比,模型组开野实验的水平运动次数和垂直运动次数明显减少,糖水的摄入量明显减少,而电针足三里穴和神门穴组、盐酸氟西汀组可明显增加开野实验的水平、垂直运动次数及糖水的摄入量。结论:电针足三里穴、神门穴可改善慢性应激抑郁症大鼠的行为学表现,调理中焦脾胃可以改善抑郁发作的行为学症状,与直接调理心神所达到的治疗效果相仿。Objective：To observe the effects of electroacupuncture of＂Zusanli＂on behavior changes of rats wih chronic stress depression,and through comparing the＂Shenmen＂to reveal the curative effect to improve praxiology symptom of mental disorders by recuperating spleen and stomach in middle energizer.Method：The depression model was replicated by separation and chronic unpredictable mild stress,through the intervention of electroacupuncture AT＂Zusanli＂,＂Shenmen＂and intragastric administration fluoxetine hydrochloride,to detect the weight and the scores of Open-field test in each group when the first day and the twenty-first day,and detect the consumption of sugar when it was the twenty-first day.Results：Compared with the normal control group,the times of horizontal motion and vertical motion of Open-field test of the model group were decreased obviously,the intake of sugar was decreased obviously too,but the times of horizontal motion and vertical motion of Open-field test and the intake of sugar were increased obviously in the group of ＂Zusanli＂,＂Shenmen＂and fluoxetine hydrochloride.Conclusion：Electroacupuncture at ＂Zusanli＂ and ＂Shenmen＂ can improve the praxiology display of chronic stress depression in rats.Recuperating spleen and stomach in middle energizer can improve praxiology symptom of psycholepsy to get a therapeutic efficacy compared with that of recuperating heart-spirit directly.
