通补消积饮对人肺腺癌A549细胞PCNA及Survivin表达影响的研究

摘　　要：目的:研究通补消积饮对肺癌A549细胞PCNA及Survivin基因表达的影响。方法:RT-PCR法检测不同含药血清对肺癌A549细胞PCNA及Survivin mRNA表达的影响。结果:通补消积饮低、中、高剂量含药血清组作用48h后A549细胞PCNA mRNA相对灰度值分别为(0.751±0.092)、(0.532±0.051)、(0.407±0.046),Survivin mRNA相对灰度值分别为(0.714±0.064)、(0.451±0.037)、(0.337±0.044)。结论:通补消积饮可明显抑制人肺腺癌A549细胞PCNA及Survivin mRNA的表达。Objectives：To investigate the influence of Tongbu Xiaoji Yin on the expression of PCNA and Survivin in A549 cells.Methods：A549 cell lines were cultured with normal serum and different concentrations of serum containing Tongbu Xiaoji Yin.The mRNA expression of PCNA and Survivin in cells were evaluated by RT-PCR.Results： A549 cells were treated by Tongbu Xiaoji Yin with low,medium and high dose medicated serum in 48h,the relative values of PCNA mRNA expression were（0.751±0.092）,（0.532±0.051）,（0.407±0.046）,respectively,and the relative values of Survivin mRNA expression were（0.714±0.064）,（0.451±0.037）,（0.337±0.044）,respectively.Conclusion： Tongbu Xiaoji Yin restrains the mRNA expression of PCNA and Survivin of A549 cells significantly.
