摘  要:目的:建立薄层色谱法鉴别川芎、当归药材。方法:采用TLC法同时鉴别川芎、当归药材,展开剂为氯仿-甲醇(8:1)。结果:供试品TLC色谱中,川芎在当归色谱相应的位置上,显示相同颜色斑点,在其下方另见一蓝色荧光斑点。结论:本实验建立了川芎和当归的薄层层析鉴别方法,该方法操作简便、灵敏,可用于鉴别川芎药材和当归药材。Objective:This experiment established thin-layer chromatography method of Rhizoma Chuanxiong and Radix Angelica identification.Chuanxiong Rhizome and Angelica are often used in prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods:We used the TLC to identify Rhizoma Chuanxiong and Radix Angelica at the same time.And the experimental condition as the expansion agent was chloroform-methanol(8:1).Results: The sample was distinguished with Rhizoma Chuanxiong and Radix Angelica in the TLC condition.Conclusion: The method is simple and rapid,which can be used as a method for identifying Rhizoma Chuanxiong and Radix Angelica.
