川芎、当归的薄层层析鉴别

摘　　要：目的:建立薄层色谱法鉴别川芎、当归药材。方法:采用TLC法同时鉴别川芎、当归药材,展开剂为氯仿-甲醇(8:1)。结果:供试品TLC色谱中,川芎在当归色谱相应的位置上,显示相同颜色斑点,在其下方另见一蓝色荧光斑点。结论:本实验建立了川芎和当归的薄层层析鉴别方法,该方法操作简便、灵敏,可用于鉴别川芎药材和当归药材。Objective：This experiment established thin-layer chromatography method of Rhizoma Chuanxiong and Radix Angelica identification.Chuanxiong Rhizome and Angelica are often used in prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods：We used the TLC to identify Rhizoma Chuanxiong and Radix Angelica at the same time.And the experimental condition as the expansion agent was chloroform-methanol（8：1）.Results： The sample was distinguished with Rhizoma Chuanxiong and Radix Angelica in the TLC condition.Conclusion： The method is simple and rapid,which can be used as a method for identifying Rhizoma Chuanxiong and Radix Angelica.
