160例慢性湿疹患者脉图分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨慢性湿疹患者脉象的变化及其临床意义。方法:选择符合诊断标准的湿疹病人160例,并选择健康志愿者80例作为对照组。采用脉象采集系统和临床结合的方法进行脉象的识别分析。结果:湿疹组h1、h3、h4、h5与对照组比较均有统计学差异(P<0.05);湿疹组t1、t4、t5与对照组比较均有统计学差异(P<0.05);湿疹组h3/h1、h4/h1、h5/h1与对照组比较均有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:湿疹组脉图多项指标与正常人比较有显著性差异,此研究结果为慢性湿疹的中医诊断提供了客观依据。Objective：To explore the changes and significance of pulse on chronic eczema patients.Methods：The 160 patients with chronic eczema were selected,and 80 healthy volunteers were taken in the control group.The pulse signal processing systems and the clinical observation were applied to analyze the pulse manifestations.Results：The h1,h3,h4,h5of the patients with chronic eczema were significantly different from that in the control group（P0.05）.The t1,t4,t5 of the patients with chronic eczema were significantly different from that in the control group（P0.05）.The h3/h1,h4/h1,h5/h1 of the patients with chronic eczema were significantly different from that in the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion：A number of indicators in the patients with chronic eczema are significantly different from that in the control group which can provide an objective evidence for the diagnosis for patients with chronic eczema.
